Brand Ambassador – Premium Fashion – Bristol

Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Brand Ambassador to manage a premium womenswear concession in a well‐known department store in Bristol (Cribbs Causeway).

As the Brand Ambassador, you will represent the essence of the brand, taking full responsibility for customer service, visual standards, and commercial success. You will be the go‐to person for all things related to the brand, managing the space with passion and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding service as the face of the brand and true Brand Ambassador in‐store.

Take charge of the concession, working independently and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Keep the space well‐organised, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.

Use your style expertise and role as Brand Ambassador to engage customers and drive performance.

Build strong relationships with the host store team while championing the brand as the lead Brand Ambassador on site.

Support stock levels, merchandising, and performance tracking.

About You:

Confident and reliable, able to work independently as the sole Brand Ambassador for the space.

Entrepreneurial and hands‐on, with a proactive and flexible approach.

A strong eye for detail and good knowledge of visual merchandising principles.

Personable, engaging, and passionate about styling and fashion.

Previous retail experience in a branded, premium, or Brand Ambassador role is highly desirable.
