EF Oxford Brookes Summer School is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our Activities & Events Team as Activity Leaders for summer 2026.In this role, you will organize and lead activities, events and excursions, creating an unforgettable experience for international students. Every day is different , from city trips to themed parties and interactive games. Join us in our shared mission of opening the world through education.Key Details Full‐time6 days a weekFixed‐term contract between June – August 2026 (minimum two‐week commitment)Accommodation and full board available if necessaryResponsibilities Leads groups of international students on a variety of activities, events, ceremonies and day tripsCreates a lively atmosphere throughout the site and during excursions, all while delivering excellent customer serviceTakes responsibility for health, safety and well‐being of all students, including completing and adhering to risk assessments and emergency situations in line with EF policy and proceduresLiaises with co‐leaders and the Activities and Events Manager to discuss how to improve future activities, events, ceremonies and day tripsEnsures the EF behaviour code is always followed by all students and informs the management immediately if there are any issues or problemsRequirements Highly motivated, energetic, and positive with a sociable and outgoing personalityConfident in leading and managing groups of studentsHighly organised and thorough, able to use initiative and work unsupervisedAbility to handle difficult situations with ease and remain calm under pressureAppreciation of cultural differences and sensitive to the needs of international studentsA flexible approach to work; hours of work undertaken are essentialIs a trained First Aider (preferable but not essential)Experience with 13‐17 year olds (preferable but not essential)All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two referencesRight to work in the UK on commencement of employmentWhy you will love working with EF Work in a truly international environmentBoost your CV this summer with a world‐renowned organisationAmbition is nurtured and fast‐tracked career enhancement opportunities are providedStaff are encouraged to innovate, take ownership of their ideas and bring them to fruitionEF is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
