Responsibilities and expectationsAs a Graduate Recruitment Consultant at Enzo Tech Group, you will play a vital role in connecting high-caliber candidates with leading clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

Engaging with candidates and clients to identify ideal matches for successful placements

Proactively sourcing and headhunting top talent

Generating and qualifying new business leads

Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
