Health Care Assistant (HCA) – Primary Care Frome Valley Medical Centre Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week (within practice opening hours)Mon–Wed & Fri: 07:30–18:30Thu: 07:30–20:00Salary : Up to £28,450 per annum pro rata (£14.59/hour), depending on experienceWe are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Health Care Assistant (HCA) to join our friendly and dedicated nursing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive, forward-thinking, and patient-centred general practice serving a diverse population of approximately 14,500 patients.About the Role:You will work alongside a dynamic team of nurses, HCAs, and a phlebotomist delivering a wide range of services including:Chronic disease managementEnhanced primary care servicesHealth promotion and screening activitiesThe Ideal Candidate:Proven experience in a primary care settingReliable, flexible, and a strong team playerConfident working independently and as part of a teamCommitted to ongoing professional development and responsive to the changinglandscape of primary careWe are proud of our collaborative approach to care and offer opportunities for further trainingand development.
