About the roleYou will play a crucial role in supporting our Nurse in Charge, being an active role model to junior staff and delegating responsibilities effectively.
Responsibilities
Aiding patients in their daily activities.
Promoting independence.
Providing emotional assistance.
Formulating residents' care documentation and implementing and evaluating continuously.
About MostonMoston Grange, a 64‐beded nursing home with four units (two male‐only and two female‐only), offers specialised care for adults over 65 with complex needs including dementia, alcohol‐related problems, acquired brain injuries, progressive conditions such as Huntington's, and mental health conditions.
