Democracy is the fastest-growing PR agency outside London – and we're looking to take on another two Digital Marketing Degree Apprentices to join our workforce.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Be driven to achieve results and confidently work with a wide range of stakeholders
Be hands on with a high attention to detail and positive work ethic
Excellent organisational skills, lots of enthusiasm and a can-do-approach
Be available to start on 1st September 2026
Within easy commute of South Manchester
ENTRY REQUIREMENTSThe minimum entry requirements for this role are:
a minimum of 104 points at A2 (grades BCC) or an equivalent, eg BTEC DMM.
We also welcome applicants who hold Level 3 professional qualifications, such as CIM Digital Marketing, Digital Marketer Apprenticeship, Junior Content Producer Apprenticeship and Multi-Marketer Apprenticeship (new for 2025/26).
