Are you a fluent Turkish speaker with excellent customer service skills? We're working with a leading property developer who is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to provide outstanding support to their Turkish-speaking clients throughout their property buying journey.

About the RoleAs a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for Turkish-speaking customers, ensuring they receive a seamless and exceptional experience from initial enquiry through to completion and beyond. You'll work closely with sales, construction, and legal teams to deliver best-in-class customer care.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main liaison for Turkish-speaking clients throughout the sales and post-sales process

Provide regular updates on construction progress and development milestones

Coordinate property viewings, demonstrations, and handovers

Handle customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy

Liaise with internal departments including sales, construction, legal, and after-care teams

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Conduct property inspections and snagging appointments

Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business

Translate documentation and communications between English and Turkish as required

What We're Looking For

Fluent Turkish speaker (verbal and written) - essential

Previous customer service or client-facing experience

Property or construction industry experience highly desirable

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

Professional, patient, and detail-oriented approach

Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously

Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Right to work in the UK
