Our products are specified by leading architects and designers around the world, valued for their beauty, sustainability and performance.We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team in Mullion, Cornwall. This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who is passionate about design, interiors and sustainable materials, with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.The Role Act as a first point of contact for clients, whether in our showroom or by phoneRespond to emails, calls and all enquiries promptly and professionallySupport architects, designers, contractors and homeowners in choosing the right finishes for their projectsWork with our samples team to coordinate and organise samples for clientsLiaise with contractors to provide guidance on product suitability, technical details and lead times.Prepare quotations, process orders and manage sales records.Contribute to the development of all aspects of the businessSkills & Experience Has experience in a sales or customer-facing role (interiors, design or materials preferred but not essential)Communicates confidently with both design professionals and contractorsIs highly organised, with strong attention to detailIs proactive, personable and able to build strong client relationshipsHas an interest in design, sustainability and creating beautiful spacesA background in interior design/architecture, construction or building materials is essentialWhat we offer Competitive Salary + Bonus33 Days Holiday (including Bank holidays and birthday off)Company Pension SchemeBenefits SchemeDetails Days: Monday to FridayLocation: Clayworks, Higher Bochym Rural Workshops, Cury Cross Lanes, Helston, TR12 7AZWhy Join Us?
