Responsibilities Support Account Managers with client communications and management of projectsBegin taking ownership of small client accounts and projectsMonitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are metJoin client meetings, prepare agendas and follow up on actionsDraft proposals and client reportsCollaborate with design and technical teams to ensure quality assuranceContribute ideas to improve client experienceManage, qualify and distribute incoming sales leadsUpdate, clean and manage our CRM databaseActively engage with our clients to upsell our services

Skills & Qualities Educated to a minimum of A-Level or BTEC StandardGood interpersonal and communication skills – confident on calls and video meetingsA natural problem solver who enjoys learning new skills and is keen to take responsibilityExcellent verbal and written English with great attention to detailA conscientious worker with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitudeComfortable with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office and CRM basicsOrganised, accurate, proactive and ready to work as part of a teamInterest in design/digital and a career in account managementPrior office experience in sales, marketing or an office environment would be a bonus
