The Role Junior Verification & Validation EngineerOnsite – 5 Days per Week (Cardiff)Salary: Based on experienceCPS Group are working with a well established medical device manufacturer seeking a Verification & Validation Engineer to join their development team.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely wants to build a career in product testing, medical devices, and regulated engineering. We are very open on background, whether you're a recent graduate, have 6+ months' industry experience, or are already working in a similar role and looking for your next step.You'll be part of a collaborative R&D team supporting the testing and validation of innovative healthcare products. The role covers the full product lifecycle, from early development testing through to product release and transfer to manufacturing.You'll be involved in:Supporting and executing verification & validation testingAssisting with test plans and documentationAnalysing and reporting test resultsWorking hands-on with lab setups and equipmentSupporting reliability and usability testingCollaborating with engineering and manufacturing teamsWorking within a regulated medical device environmentThis is a hands-on, onsite role (5 days per week) with strong mentoring and development support.What We're Looking For We are intentionally flexible on experience.
