We are seeking a Marketing Graduate to join our busy and ever-growing Southampton HQ office.Responsibilities Create awareness and develop the Enfields brand.Work with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures, adverts, and social media content.Produce creative content, including videos and news articles.Secure sponsorships with local communities and businesses.Liaise with designers and printers.Arrange effective distribution of marketing materials.Develop and implement a marketing strategy.Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising, and SEO to ensure the right channels are used and campaigns are effective.Track marketing performance and ROI, preparing weekly or monthly reports for management.Monitor and report on competitor activity.Oversee and manage the marketing budget.Visual marketing.Website management.Requirements Creativity and attention to detail.Excellent problem-solving skills.Interpersonal skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Data analysis and analytics.Good understanding of SEO and SEM.Why work for us?
