You'll be part data wizard, part organiser, and part sales enabler — helping and driving the team stay aligned, informed, and focused on delivering results.

Support the Head of Sales in driving CRM adoption and coaching usage across the team

Provide data and reports for customer meetings and internal reviews

Pull sales activity and pipeline reports from Power BI, CRM and complex Excel sheets.

Prepare dashboards and summaries to support monthly forecast meetings

Help ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting systems

Pro-actively create new reports, and update existing reports to highlight stats that will help drive sales and customer (and ISM/BDM) behaviour and performance

4. Administrative & Executive Support

Maintain customer price books and assist with new SKU setup

Help implement and maintain documentation for key sales procedures

Provide calendar and meeting coordination support to the Head of Sales

Prepare pre-read packs and capture action notes from key meetings

Support internal comms, document versioning, and cross-team updates

5. Onboarding & Internal Training

Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, Hubspot or similar)

Experience preparing sales reports, maintaining documentation and supporting leadership

Highly organised, systems-minded and detail-oriented

Proactive communicator with a team-first mindset
