Office Based Trainee Mortgage Broker – Milton Keynes Job Title: Office Based Trainee Mortgage Broker – Milton KeynesReference: T897660TBMCRemuneration: Basic from £18,000 - £25,000 plus generous bonuses, OTE £45,000

Overview A rare opportunity for a trainee mortgage broker to join a well-established mortgage broker firm. Working with the experienced team of mortgage brokers you will deal with new and existing clients, offering advice on new clients and re-mortgage advice to the existing client base.

Main DutiesBe a fully CeMAP or CF1 and CF6 trainee mortgage broker to deal with new and existing clients offering mortgage advice.

Work with the existing team of experienced mortgage brokers; be trained by the sales director and the existing team in offering mortgage advice.

Deal with new enquiries as well as the existing database of clients, offering mortgage advice and referring protection business to the team of protection brokers; receive an introduction fee.

Key SkillsApplications will be considered from part CeMAP qualified individuals provided you are experienced in the mortgage industry.

The ideal applicant will possess the full CeMAP and possess some experience of carrying out fact finds discussing the clients mortgage needs and requirements.

Previous sales experience is essential for this role.
