You'll act as the first point of contact for both customers and employees, maintaining a safe, efficient, and positive environment.Oversee and manage day-to-day operations during your shiftSupport, motivate, and supervise team members to ensure high service standardsHandle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptlyEnsure health & safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards are consistently metCoordinate staff breaks and shift changes, ensuring adequate coverage at all timesMonitor stock levels and assist with inventory management as neededComplete daily reports, logs, and handovers to senior managementRespond to emergencies or incidents and elevate when necessaryWorking pattern: Saturday - Sunday Only | 14:00pm - 23:00pm | 17 Hours per weekWhat can you bring?Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally in a customer-facing environmentStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situationsSolid understanding of health & safety and compliance proceduresHighly organised with good attention to detailFlexible, approachable, and committed to delivering outstanding serviceDue to security checks required for this role, all candidates will be subject to a basic criminal record check and must be able to provide a continuous five year checkable work history with verified gaps in employment.
