An analytical thinker, a commercial mind, and a curator of digital product journeys. This is a 360‐degree role that sits at the intersection of buying, merchandising, and on‐site execution, shaping how our collections come to life on Burberry.com.As Digital Merchandiser, you will be the category owner for your product universe, driving strategy, shaping assortment, and elevating the customer journey across our global digital flagship. You will partner closely with regional and central teams to influence the seasonal buy, define depth and assortment for digital, and ensure that our online experience reflects both commercial opportunity and the Burberry aesthetic.This role plays a critical part in executing commercial plans and delivering a cohesive, elevated experience across every digital touchpoint.RESPONSIBILITIES Buying, Merchandising & TradingAnalyse performance pre‐market and in‐season to shape the buy, partnering with regional merchandising teams to define locally relevant assortments and seasonal depth.Collaborate with central merchandising to develop digital‐first product strategies and secure commercially strong assortments for Burberry.com.Partner with regional merchandising & planning to ensure product availability, timing and inventory health, reacting to trends with innovative trading ideas.Leverage internal reporting systems to identify opportunities and drive growth, providing weekly, monthly and seasonal trade insights.Execute product roll‐out strategies for key corporate initiatives, working alongside styling and cross‐functional partners.Collaborate with Digital Marketing, SEO, UX and CRM to align product priorities across email, search and the broader digital ecosystem.Site Merchandising & OperationsLead seasonal site merchandising preparation, ensuring a balance of art and commerce across product listing pages, landing pages and the homepage.Work with content, creative, and design teams to deliver cohesive visual journeys that reflect campaign intent and brand identity.Partner with Digital Operations & Planning to ensure stock, content, and readiness ahead of seasonal launches.Support Digital Product and IT teams on tools, capabilities and upcoming digital solutions.ManagementLead and develop team members through clear delegation, prioritisation and coaching, building the skills required for excellence in a fast‐paced environment.Strengthen team retention and motivation, nurturing talent and ensuring the digital business remains resilient and future‐ready.Build strong, collaborative networks across regional, central and digital teams.PERSONAL PROFILE 3–5 years' direct experience in digital merchandising or a related fieldExperience with CMS, PIM and merchandising platformsExceptional attention to detail and accuracyStrong analytical and numerical skillsExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindsetBurberry is an Equal Opportunities Employer and as such, treats all applications equally and recruits purely on the basis of skills and experience.Want to know more about working at Burberry?England, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
