Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly to create a welcoming atmosphere upon their arrival

Describe menu items clearly to help guests make informed dining choices

Take guest orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly to ensure timely service

Check in with guests during their meal to confirm satisfaction and address any requests

Communicate effectively with guests and team members to coordinate smooth service delivery

Apply quick thinking and basic math skills to process orders and payments accuratelyMaintain high attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and quality customer service

Keep all restaurant areas clean and tidy by performing general cleaning and dishwashing tasks

Work proactively and independently while collaborating effectively as a team player in a fast-paced environment

Perform supervisory duties as required to support team operations and maintain service standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities

Ability to commit to working on weekends and public holidays

Food and hygiene certification

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests and team members
