Are you a Graduate with a degree in an Engineering discipline looking to kick start your career within a growing company known for developing graduates into autonomous and skilled Project Managers?

On offer is the opportunity to join an established and growing Air conditioning and Ventilation business who consult, design and install bespoke systems for commercial clients all over the South and Southwest.

In this role you will be shadowing senior staff members who will help you develop your technical and client facing skills, providing you with the experience and knowledge to progress you into a Project Manager.

This role would suit an Engineering Graduate who is looking to start out their career and develop a varied skill set, working within a friendly team who will ensure they develop into a fully capable Project Manager.

The Role

Shadowing senior members of staff

Helping to manage projects from conception to completion

Developing estimating, management and sales skills
