Overview Graduate Recruitment Resourcer (Legal Sector) – Manchester City CentreFull-time | Permanent | Hybrid (Mon & Fri WFH, 3 office days)Are you a motivated individual with a law degree or experience in the legal sector , looking to launch a rewarding career in specialist recruitment? You'll be joining a friendly, supportive environment—many of your colleagues will be ex-lawyers turned recruiters—who will mentor and support you as you grow into a high-performing Recruitment Resourcer.

Responsibilities

Researching and sourcing high-calibre legal candidates using our specialist recruitment platform and wider tools.

Engaging with candidates via phone and email to discuss career opportunities, build rapport, and assess suitability.

Maintaining and updating candidate records accurately and confidentially.

Supporting consultants in meeting team targets and placement goals.

Responding quickly to shifting priorities in a dynamic market environment.

What We're Looking For

A law degree (minimum 2:1) or strong knowledge of the legal sector is highly desirable.

Strong research and data-handling skills; confident using IT tools and platforms.

Organised, resilient, and goal-oriented.

Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.

A proactive, can-do attitude and the drive to succeed in a target-driven setting.
