The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, person-centred care, promote independence, and maintain dignity at all times.This role may include working in residential care, supported living, nursing homes, or community settings , depending on experience.Key Responsibilities Provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, grooming)Support mobility, including use of hoists and mobility aidsAssist with meals and hydrationObserve, record and report any changes in service users' health or behaviour.Support residents with social activities and emotional wellbeingFollow personalised care plans and safeguarding proceduresMaintain confidentiality and accurate care documentationWork collaboratively with care teams, nurses and family membersUphold infection control and health & safety standards

Requirements Valid Right to Work in the UK

Good communication and written English skills

Caring, patient and trustworthy attitude

Willingness to undertake a DBS check

Flexibility to work shifts if required (days/nights/weekends)

Previous experience as HCA, Support Worker, Care Assistant

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care

Moving & Handling, Medication or First Aid training
