Main duties of the jobAs a Care Assistant at Aria Healthcare, you will be responsible for supporting residents with their daily activities and ensuring their well‐being. This includes assisting with personal care, medication administration, and various social and recreational activities. You will work closely with the healthcare team to provide a high standard of care and promote the independence and dignity of the residents. The role offers full or part‐time hours, including night and day shifts, as well as alternate weekends.

Person SpecificationQualifications
A compassionate and empathetic approach, the ability to work respectfully with a diverse range of individuals, and a growth mindset are the key requirements for this role. Previous experience in a care setting is desirable, but not essential, as Aria Healthcare offers comprehensive training and development opportunities.
