Your New RoleOur senior care assistants lead care teams to provide the highest standard of care, compassion, and resident dignity. Working closely with nurses or the deputy manager, you will be tasked with:

Administering medication

Providing hands‐on, high‐quality resident care

Team supervision

Developing, implementing, and updating care plans

Adhering to CQC guidelines

Coaching and mentoring your team while identifying training needs

The day shift is: 08:00 – 20:00The night shift is: 20:00 – 08:00

A leader: Leading from the front with a hands‐on approach.

Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and experience in a similar role.
