Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range The salary on offer is up to c£45,000 (pro rata for 3 days) D.O.E., with flexible hybrid working patterns and a range of other benefits.About the Role Express Recruitment are delighted to be working with a forward-thinking, global retail business, who are recruiting for a HR Business Partner on a part-time capacity in order to support an internal maternity cover.Responsibilities Partner with and support key internal and external stakeholdersManagement of local HR service employees inclusive of leadership and development supportSupport on wider recruitment processes including the coordination of job postings, reviewing candidates and offers of employmentAdvise on complex employee relations cases and act as HR point of contact, providing support on minor cases with support from HR AssistantsOversee all areas of HR projects and local implementation of policies and proceduresSkills & Experience Diverse HR expertise with proven success in a generalist role at business partnering levelCIPD Qualification highly desirableExtensive experience of managing internal and external stakeholders is essentialStrong understanding of UK employment lawProven experience implementing and delivering projectsVacancy Summary Salary: c£45,000 FTE Dependent on experienceLocation: NottinghamJob Type: PermanentSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Part-timeJob function: Human ResourcesIndustries: Retail Apparel and Fashion
