Senior Search Consultant - AEJ ConsultingOverview

Our client is a global, fast-growing SaaS firm that is seeking a motivated Junior Product Owner to help shape the future of their products. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their product career who wants to work with experienced product and engineering teams, gain hands‐on ownership, and influence real product outcomes. You'll help turn user insights into meaningful features, contribute to product planning, and support the delivery of high‐quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

Translate user and stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable backlog items

Support backlog creation, prioritization, refinement, and documentation

Write user stories and acceptance criteria with guidance

Contribute to release planning and continuous improvement

Build a strong understanding of the end‐to‐end user experience

Participate in team ceremonies and occasional stakeholder discussions

Requirements

Experience working in a Waterfall or Agile software environment (e.g., Scrum)

Proven ability to translate user needs into tasks, stories, or documentation

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience collaborating with cross‐functional teams

Familiarity with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps

A background in design (e.g., UX, UI, product design) with the ability to understand user journeys and interface concepts
