Your Role as a Support Worker:

Deliver person-centred care , supporting independence and well-being.

Assist with care plans, risk assessments, and positive behaviour strategies.

Create a safe, supportive & inclusive environment for those we support.

Work closely with individuals with Autism, ADHD, PTSD, and Learning Disabilities.

Accurately document activities and follow safeguarding procedures.

What You'll Need:

Experience in care (Autism, Learning Disabilities, or Mental Health) is desirable but not essential .

Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to train).

Compassion, patience & a caring nature – making a real difference every day.

Commitment to safeguarding & providing high-quality support .
