We partner with hundreds of VC-backed, high-growth cybersecurity and software GTM startups, helping them scale sales, revenue, and technical teams globally.We're growing fast and are now looking for sales-driven, ambitious individuals who want to build a long-term career in recruitment, earn strong commission, and learn from a high-performing senior team.The OpportunityThis is a junior-level role with serious earning potential.You'll work closely with experienced consultants and leadership, learning how to run a recruitment desk from the ground up while operating in a high-energy, sales-led environment. You'll be exposed to live roles, real clients, and active candidates early on - with clear progression into a full 360° consultant role.This is not a passive or admin-heavy role.
