Job description
A local medical group is seeking a part-time Patient Care Navigator for maternity cover to assist in managing patient receptions effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, previous phone and reception experience, and a good command of spoken and written English. Previous NHS experience and familiarity with EMIS are preferred.
