Full‐time role supporting clients with daily care, medication assistance, and wellbeing. Positions open in Birmingham, Manchester, London & other locations. Competitive salary with relocation support. Visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

Help clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

Remind clients to take medication and assist with administration according to care plans.

Prepare healthy meals that meet nutritional requirements.

Monitor vital signs and the client's condition, reporting changes to healthcare professionals.

Support clients with memory care needs, including Alzheimer's or dementia, using specialised approaches.

Use assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts to ensure safe transfers and positioning.

Maintain accurate records of care provided, complying with HIPAA regulations.

Perform light housework, including cleaning and laundry, to maintain a safe living environment.

Assist clients with outings or community events as required.

Follow all safety protocols, including CPR and first aid, as applicable.

Skills

Experience in home and community care, assisted living, or long‐term care settings.

Proficiency in monitoring patients, tracking vital signs, and implementing care plans.

Experience caring for individuals with developmental difficulties, autism, or other special needs.

Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care, memory care, hospice care, or working with seniors in nursing homes or assisted living facilities.

Ability to safely transfer and carry large items using tools such as Hoyer lifts.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams.

CPR and First Aid training is a plus; adherence to HIPAA rules is mandatory.

A caring approach and patience when working with disadvantaged groups requiring social support.

Attention to detail, adaptability to client needs, and teamwork orientation.
