Overview Anthony Letchworth Ward is seeking a Health Care Support Worker to join our team of nurses, doctors and support staff. The role involves working across the Early Pregnancy Assessment unit and Gynaecology clinics, supporting patients in all areas of the department.Responsibilities Providing effective evidence‐based care for patients under the supervision of qualified practitioners.Using personal effectiveness and knowledge to contribute to the development and delivery of a high‐quality, cost‐effective service.Working collaboratively with multi‐professional staff and patients/carers in all aspects of service improvement.Completing the Band 3 competency framework within the identified time scale.Acting within their sphere of competence, being confident and accountable for their actions.Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
