OverviewPosition: Customer AdvisorContract: 3‐month fixed termHours: 36.75 per week, full timeShifts: Monday – Sunday, 7.00am – 10.00pmPay: £12.98 per hour, inclusive of an £0.27 per hour store‐specific allowance

What's the job?As a Customer Advisor you'll become an expert advisor and a guide. You'll get to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, as will managing stock, setting up displays and ensuring your store looks great. You'll be trained in paint‐mixing and cutting timber, but truly great customer service will be your main aim.
