Pastry Junior Sous Chef - Victoria & Albert MuseumWe are looking for a talented PastryJunior Sous Chef to join the Benugo Hospitality team at the Victoria and Albert Museum.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic kitchen delivering high-quality hospitality, events, and fine dining experiences in a corporate setting.

We Offer:

Rate: Up to £16.00 per hour

Contract: Full time / Permanent

About the Pastry Junior Sous Chef role:

Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling

Lead daily pastry operations, taking on a management role to support the Head Pastry chef.

Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time

Work with the Pastry Team on a daily basis to developrecipes and deliver quality product
