The roleThere's never been a better time to join Arthur, especially within our Contract team. We're growing at pace and investing heavily in this area, creating an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join us and be part of that growth.

You'll be working a well established desk focused on Finance & Compliance contractors, working with existing clients and long-standing relationships. We're open to candidates with varying levels of experience, and you'll be fully supported with structured training, ongoing development, and guidance from a highly experienced team. With a strong foundation already in place, you'll have the freedom to develop the desk further and put your own stamp on a trusted, well-recognised brand in insurance.

What you'll be doing:

Running the full 360 recruitment process within finance & compliance

Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates

Headhunting and building talent pools

Achieving sales targets and consistently increasing gross profit

Helping shape the continued growth within specialism

Keeping up to date with new trends, shifts and news in the Insurance market

Working closely with a team that collaborates, shares knowledge, and celebrates wins

What we're looking for

1+ years experience in recruitment industry or sales/insurance

Confident communicator who builds strong relationships

Excellent sales and negotiation skills

Ambitious, driven, and commercially minded

Team player who enjoys being part of a close-knit, high-performing group
