Trainee Immigration Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Immigration Consultant to join our client's team in Oxfordshire. This role is ideal for individuals with previous Legal Administration or Paralegal experience who are looking to build a career in immigration law. You will receive full training and support to develop expertise in UK immigration processes, assisting clients with visa applications, compliance, and advisory services.Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing and submitting visa applications, sponsorship licenses, and other immigration-related documentation.Conduct legal research on immigration laws, policies, and case law.Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and documentation.Maintain accurate records and case files in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Support senior consultants with case management and client correspondence.Monitor application progress and update clients accordingly.Stay up to date with changes in UK immigration laws and regulations.Requirements:Previous experience in Legal Administration or as a Paralegal (essential).Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise workload effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.A proactive and client-focused approach.If you have a legal background and are eager to develop a career in immigration consultancy, we encourage you to apply!Seniority level Entry levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function LegalIndustries Law Practice and Legal Services
