Help deliverand support our public engagement functions whilst developing your skills,knowledgeand experience.

12-month fixed term contract

National Living Wage:£12.21 rising to £12.71 from April 2026

Hours:37per week

This position is supported by the Exmoor Pioneers Project which is funded byThe National Lottery Heritage Fund andCareMoorfor Exmoor.Thanks to National Lotteryplayerswe will be able to help support skills development for young people.

Working witha skilled and committed staff team,the Engagement Traineewill support our work in engaging with people about Exmoor's special qualitiesthrough our communications work andassistingwithourengagement events and activities.

The role willprovidesupportin other areassuch as pop-up engagementevents, volunteer activities, business engagement, digital communications,interpretationmaterialsandprovidea warm welcometo users of the National Park.
