Are you?The Role We're looking for a Digital Analyst who is driven by data, performance and continuous improvement. This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, spotting patterns in performance data and turning insight into action.You'll manage and optimise campaigns across paid search, shopping, paid social and programmatic, while developing a strong analytical skillset. You'll also gain exposure to how data feeds into strategy, pitches and presentations, learning how performance insight is translated into compelling stories for clients and prospects.What You'll Do Manage and optimise digital media campaigns across Paid Search, Shopping, Paid Social, Programmatic Display and VideoAnalyse performance data, track KPIs and identify trends, insights and optimisation opportunitiesUse data to support decision making, testing and budget recommendationsWork with automation and AI-driven tools to improve efficiency and reduce low-value manual tasksCollaborate with strategy, planning and technology teams to push performance and innovationSupport reporting, analysis and insight for client reviews and internal planning sessionsAssist with the preparation of data led slides and materials for pitches and presentationsStay up to date with emerging platforms, tools and measurement approachesSkills & Experience Google Ads certified, with working knowledge of platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and PinterestUnderstanding of the programmatic ecosystem and how data flows across platformsStrong analytical mindset with confidence working with numbers, data and spreadsheetsComfortable interpreting performance data and asking "why"Curious about automation, AI and advanced measurementWillingness to learn how data and insight are used in pitches, presentations and new businessOrganised, proactive and solutions focusedOur Shared Behaviours Embrace uncertainty and take smart risksAre daring enough to challenge the status quoStay curious and seek new perspectivesTake accountability for outcomesMake clear, confident decisionsThink imaginatively and creativelyAct inclusively and value diverse voicesCommunicate directly, clearly and respectfullyAbove all, you believe that anything is possible and you're driven to help build something better, together.
