Job DescriptionWe have an exciting career opportunity for a Lift Repair Sales Advisor to join us at Stannah to support sales of minor repairs of lift products.

Based at the branch in Ringwood, Lift Repair Sales Advisor is responsible for providing quotations and securing orders for minor repairs. You will help maintain the condition, reliability and improve safety of the existing, and external, customer equipment portfolios.

As the Lift Repair Sales Advisor for the branch, you will be technically focused on repairs, therefore a knowledge of lifts is essential along with proven experience of sales or business development.

We are looking for sales advisors from within the lift industry or relatable industries, who have a well-developed understanding of customer service balanced with a drive to meet targets.

Ideal sales advisor candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to build and develop relationships, and be comfortable interacting across all levels of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

React to requirements to repair or enhance customer lift equipment

Establish internal sales opportunities lead network

Work alongside branch engineers and field management to quote and secure minor repair orders.

Seek out existing and new customers

Raise awareness of enhancement opportunities to improve reliability and/or safety of lift equipment

Create sales pipelines of opportunities

Maintain accurate records in relation to Lead sources, lift location and ownership and quotations.

Quote for minor repairs

Provide proposals to customers

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

GCSE English Grade C or above is required
