A Care Assistant's responsibilities can also include accompanying clients to appointments and social events, light housekeeping, planning and preparing meals and helping with daily living routines including assisting with personal care.We are looking for friendly, compassionate and kind people who like to spend time with people and build a friendly but professional relationship.QualificationsYou do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Assistant with us. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful.
