No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

supporting people with their personal careassisting people at meal timesunderstanding individual health and well-being needsencouraging and supporting people to take part in social activities, both in and out of the homepromoting choice, dignity, independence, and respectcompleting and maintaining care records.
