Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism

Book appointments for vehicle viewings (commission per booking)

Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and problem‐solving skills

Ability to stay calm under pressure

Basic computer knowledge

Previous experience in customer service (a plus, but not required)

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: £15,000 basic with an achievable first‐year OTE of £60,000

Benefits: Uncapped commission, free parking onsite, monthly commission incentives, and 28 days of annual holiday

Hours: Week 1: Monday‐Saturday 08:45‐18:00 or 11:45‐21:00 and Sunday 10:00‐17:00 (Tuesday fixed day off). Week 2: Monday‐Saturday 08:45‐18:00 or 11:45‐21:00 and Sunday 10:00‐17:00 (Tuesday and Wednesdays off)
