OverviewWe are seeking a Permanent and one Temporary Senior Support Worker to join our team. You will work alongside people who use our services, supporting in a range of activities, including developing independence in daily living, accessing work, education and leisure activities.

Responsibilities

Support people with autism and associated conditions in daily living activities.

Develop independence and facilitate access to work, education, and leisure.

Provide specialist support tailored to each individual's needs.

Maintain accurate records of support provided and progress.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to service improvement.

Qualifications

At least six months experience supporting people with autism, learning disabilities or associated conditions.

Flexible and adaptable to meet service needs.

Registered with NISCC or willing to apply to register upon appointment.

Full UK driving licence.
