Requirements Experience
Previous experience working within a care home or home care setting is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Knowledge of care plans and ability to adapt to support accordingly
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication with clients and team members
Basic IT skills for documentation and record keeping purposes
Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and work effectively within a team
Valid driving licence is preferred to support home visits and transportation duties
