This role is part of the Fraud and Motor Teams in Belfast and involves supporting legal professionals to ensure seamless operation and client satisfaction.Responsibilities Providing administrative and organizational support to the Fraud and Motor Teams.Preparing, formatting, and proofing legal documents and correspondence.Managing case files, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accurately maintained.Liaising with clients, courts, and third-party providers professionally and effectively.Assisting in the preparation of court bundles and other litigation support tasks.Coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.Handling general office duties, including data entry, photocopying, and scanning.Essential Previous experience in a legal secretarial or administrative role is essential.Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under deadlines.Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.A team player with a proactive approach and a willingness to learn.What we offer We are committed to ensuring that each member of our team feels valued and duly rewarded during their time at DWF.
