Job SummaryMental Health Support Worker at Alcedo Care

Provide personal and community care for adults and children with mental health needs, supporting them to live independently.

Base Pay Range£15.00 to £15.50 per hour, weekly pay, holidays, pension. Equivalent rolled‐up hourly rate £17.37‐£17.89.

Responsibilities

Assist adults and children in the community, including personal care and medication management.

Support clients with a variety of mental health needs, including crisis prevention where training will be provided.

Help clients achieve greater independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous experience as a Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, Nurse, or similar role.

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Over 18 years of age.

Good command of spoken and written English.

Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references required.
