About the job Staff Nurse (Night Shifts) Experienced and Compassionate RGN/RMN Staff Nurse in a UK Nursing HomeWe are currently seeking a highly skilled RGN/RMN Staff Nurse to join our compassionate team of caregivers in a UK nursing home. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our elderly residents while ensuring their safety and well-being.Key Responsibilities:Providing direct care and support to residents, which includes administering medication and communicating with healthcare professionals as necessaryConducting assessments and developing individualized care plans for each residentSupervising and managing care assistants and other nursing staff to ensure the best possible care for residentsFollowing all policies and procedures to provide person-centered careMaintaining accurate records and updating care plans as requiredManaging emergencies and situations that may arise during your shiftKey Requirements:NMC registration as anGN or RMNMinimum of 1-2 years' experience in a nursing home or a similar settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionalsA compassionate and caring attitude towards residents and their needsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility and adaptability to changing situations and needsTo join our team, you must have a passion for providing exceptional care to the elderly and be dedicated to ensuring their well-being.
