Position Overview

The Digital Integration Specialist will play a pivotal role in bridging revenue, product, and execution teams through business automation, engineering support, and technical training. The role demands a high level of team interaction and hands‐on technical support, particularly in integrating various digital tools and systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Automation

Integrate marketing, CRM, and accounting systems.

Utilize Office 365 productivity tools, including MS Copilot (AI), to streamline workflows.

Implement PLM integration with Siemens Teamcenter and Innovmetric Data Loop.

Set up and support networking infrastructure, including servers.

Manage data and version control processes.

Training and Development

Provide training to maximize team productivity.

Serve as a technical liaison with suppliers, demonstrating and supporting the latest technology.

Develop and update best practice usage guidelines for both internal and external customers.

Support the execution team with customer demonstrations, benchmarks, training, and technical pre‐sales support.

Offer second‐line support for troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Ancillary Responsibilities:

Pre‐sales support (primarily robot simulation and demos)

Product Test / De‐bug

Delivery of new R&D programs

Qualifications

Graduate in a technical subject.

Valid driving license.

Knowledge and experience of CAD/simulation software, particularly Siemens NX.

Practical competence with both tools and computers.

Ability to deliver technical training to other application engineers.

Proficiency in reading technical drawings and understanding technology.

Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.

Commercial empathy to understand and convert customer needs into sales.
