Salary:From £12.80 per hour, dependent on experience

Hours of work:Full Time, 40-50 hours a week with 2 days off

Front of House Supervisor: a typical day

Leading by example and delivering warm, attentive hospitality

Greeting guests, performing front of house duties and ensuring each visitor enjoys a seamless dining experience

Assisting with training and supporting team members

Maintaining exceptional service standards and managing stock efficiently

Using skills and experience to cope with multi-tasking

Handling enquiries and billing with precision

Warm and friendly with a welcoming approach

High standards of dress and presentation, uniform is provided

Ability to remain calm during difficult situations or in a very busy environment

Must be organised and able to quickly become part of a very efficient team

Trustworthy with the ability to work unsupervised

Excellent interpersonal skills
