What you'll be doing

You will be involved in projects including Nature-based Solutions, Sustainable Drainage (SuDS) Design and large scale civil engineering projects, including Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects.

You will work in a collaborative atmosphere that encourages independent problem solving while drawing on expertise from across disciplines and graduate training support.

You will deliver schemes of varying size, supported by a project manager, producing drawings, reports, and interpreting calculations/software outputs.

You will be highly organised, enthusiastic to learn, curious, and focused on servicing internal and external clients within a delivery team under a Team Leader.

You will be dynamically seeking personal development, willing to accept challenges and thrive in a growing and diverse engineering environment.

What you'll bring

A relevant engineering or similar degree, or studying toward such a degree.

Knowledge of hydraulic and drainage principles and familiarity with software packages such as GIS; training will be provided.

Interest in environmental challenges such as flood risk and climate change.

Enthusiasm to share ideas for improvement.

Strong communication skills from academic, social, and previous work experience.

Problem‐solving mindset.

Organisational skills and ability to work well in a team.

Right to work and live in the UK.

Willingness to travel and a full driving licence.
