We see ourselves as an extension of our clients' business, embracing integrity and high standards to deliver a seamless and engaging communication experience.As a result of a recent internal promotion, we are looking for a Junior Client Relationship Manager to support the Asset, Wealth and Pensions team and our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop with a progression plan to become a Relationship Manager.Main Duties: Manage and co-ordinate the collection, collation and reporting of service and management information for the relationship management teamPrepare Monthly Client Service Packs (KPIs)Build Presentations from pre-existing slides to support Relationship Managers in their discussions with ClientsAssist with the completion and updating of Client Account PlansAttend client calls and meetings to take minutes and gain a deeper understanding of the client.Undertake client research and fact finding to assist the relationship managerEnsure the Team Governance policy is adhered to at all times.Experience: 1-2 years previous client facing experienceExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.A motivated and organised team player.Experience operating in a dynamic and often time challenged environmentSalary £30-35KHybrid London/Essex 3/4 days a week initially, reducing after training.Seniority level ExecutiveEmployment type Full-timeJob function Customer Service and AdministrativeIndustries Business Consulting and Services and Printing ServicesDevonshire is an equal-opportunity employer, and we encourage job applications from people of all backgrounds.
