Customer Advisor - Nights Stock Flow3 Month Fixed Term ContractShifts available Monday - Sunday, 7.00am - 10.00pmUK Notional hourly rate £12.21 per hour (Plus an additional £2 per hour between 10pm - 5am)B&Q Kidderminster*Raising to £12.71 per hour from 1st April (Plus an additional £2 per hour between 10pm - 5am)We believe anyone can improve their home to make life better. Join us as a Customer Advisor and you'll be a big part of this.As a Customer Advisor, you will:Become an expert advisor and an inspiration to customers.Get to know every customer and their home improvement projects.Manage stock, set up displays, and ensure the store looks great.Provide exceptional customer service.Receive training in paint-mixing and cutting timber.We are looking for someone who is:Happy to help, eager to learn, and passionate about home improvement.Friendly and outgoing, with a desire to assist others.Willing to expand skills using new technology and learning new ways of working.A great team player, flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
