This is a client-facing, entry-level role designed for a recent graduate who is organised, communicative and keen to learn how work is delivered in a fast-paced agency environment.You'll work closely with Project Managers, Account Teams and cross-functional specialists, gaining hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, from briefing through to delivery.Key Responsibilities Project Support & DeliverySupport the delivery of creative and marketing projects across multiple channelsAssist with creating and maintaining project timelines, task lists and status updatesTrack deliverables and deadlines, helping ensure projects are delivered on timeCoordinate with internal teams including Creative, Strategy and DigitalHelp identify potential risks or delays and flag them to senior team membersMaintain accurate project documentation and trackersClient SupportSupport day-to-day client communications, including status updates and follow-upsAttend client meetings, take notes and circulate actionsHelp manage client feedback and ensure it is clearly communicated to internal teamsBuild positive relationships by being reliable, responsive and detail-orientedAssist with basic project admin, including estimates, purchase orders and invoicing supportSupport time tracking and cost tracking across projectsHelp ensure work is delivered within agreed scope and budgetSkills & Experience A recent graduate (or equivalent experience) with a strong interest in project managementExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailClear written and verbal communication skillsAbility to juggle multiple tasks and prioritiesA proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learnComfortable working collaboratively with different teamsUnderstanding of basic project management principlesFamiliarity with tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira or similarInterest in advertising, creative, digital or integrated marketingWhat We're Looking For Someone at the very start of their career who wants to learn how work is delivered in an agency environmentA natural organiser who enjoys problem-solvingConfident communicating with both clients and internal stakeholdersCurious, enthusiastic and eager to developWhat We Offer Structured onboarding, training and mentoringExposure to high-profile global brandsClear development and progression opportunities within Project Management or ProductionCompetitive graduate salary and benefitsAbout Cheil Welcome to Cheil, based in London and Chertsey - a group of thinkers and doers who make things that move.We build campaigns.
