We are currently recruiting for our Client in Bury who require bank staff for supporting clients with mental health issues.Benefits Referral SchemeCompetitive rates of payFlexible working to suit your lifestyleFree uniformWeekly payFast tracking recruitmentResponsibilities Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with mental health conditionsAssist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasksSupport clients in developing coping skills, managing symptoms, and achieving their recovery goalsFoster a therapeutic and supportive environment conducive to the well-being and safety of clientsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mental health professionals, social workers, and case managers, to develop and implement individualized care plansMonitor client progress and behavior, document observations, and report any concerns to the appropriate personnelProvide emotional support, encouragement, and advocacy for clients to enhance their quality of life and independenceParticipate in training and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills in mental health careRequirements Previous experience working in a mental health role for over a yearHold a current advanced CPI CertificateCompassionate and non-judgemental approach to supporting individuals with mental health challengesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues and other professionalsStrong organisational and time management skillsFlexibility to adapt to changing client needs and work schedulesKnowledge of mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and recovery principles is preferredDriving licence is preferred but not essentialMust be a UK resident and have the right to work in the UK.
